SICOR Asiste is a new service to support elderly people living alone.
Two companion apps were created to complement their emergency devices, helping users alert services and share their location effortlessly.
A product that could change the daily lives of elderly people and those with chronic illnesses.

To empower users to live safely and independently, while giving their families peace of mind through real-time alerts and remote monitoring. Sicor Asiste apps could be used seamlessly by both elderly users, users with cognitive and motion challenges and their family members, complementing the teleassistance service.
Developing two sister apps allowed SICOR Asiste to provide a full telecare experience, supporting both vulnerable users and their families.

This approach positioned the brand as a caring, family-oriented service, reinforcing trust and commitment to those it serves. Seniors can quickly call for help, access remote medical support, and navigate the app with ease, while family members receive real-time updates, instant emergency alerts, and peace of mind.

Tools that help elderly users live safely, confidently, and connected to the services they need.
The elderly app gives users the ability to act quickly in emergencies with a large, visible SOS button, contact doctors or psychologists from home, and access social worker support for guidance and daily life assistance.
Personalized reminders keep appointments and medications on track, while integrated online shopping connects users to El Corte Inglés, offering convenience and reinforcing the brand’s presence.

A clear, accessible tool that keeps loved ones informed and reassured.

The relatives’ app provides real-time updates on device status, physical activity, and location history. Family members can monitor emergency devices to ensure they’re working properly, track daily activity to stay informed about health and wellbeing, and locate their loved ones when needed, offering reassurance and support without intrusion.
Creating an experience that works for everyone, regardless of age or ability.
The app is built to support elderly users with cognitive, visual, or motor challenges.
Clear layouts, readable text, high-contrast visuals, and touch-friendly controls make it easy to navigate, reducing frustration and helping users interact confidently with every feature.

Interactions that remain easy and reliable for users with limited dexterity.
Buttons are spaced for accuracy, undo actions let them correct mistakes, and clear feedback guides them when something goes wrong, making every interaction smooth, forgiving, and empowering.
